The 61-Second Reset

A bad shot on the 4th hole shouldn't ruin your 5th hole.

The "Sixtyone Reset" is simple:

  1. Take a deep breath (5 seconds).
  2. Identify one thing you did right (even if it was just your setup).
  3. Visualize the next target, not the previous mistake.

Golf is played in the gaps between the shots. What are you doing with your 61 seconds?
